When will I get my order?
Our reliefs are individually made for you. The production time is 5-7 business days. Ready-made products ship within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and choice of courier. Please keep an eye on the tracking information.
What is the return policy?
Custom maps can not be returned.
Other products sold online can be returned by the customer within 30 days. The product should be undamaged in order to receive a refund. The customer pays for the cost of sending it back.
Do you offer B2B possibilities?
Yes! We are happy to work on bigger projects such as employee (Christmas) gifts or trophies for competitions. Please send your requirements and ideas to 3dkort@3dkort.is.
Why doesn't the preview look as detailed?
Computer generated previews can always differ slightly from the finished product.
Are there customs duties for deliveries to Europe or USA?
Yes. We ship and sell from Iceland, which means that import duties and taxes may apply according to the laws of the destination country.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in Iceland and ship from our business in Reykjavik.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Total cost is calculated in the last step of the checkout process.
